Do the signs include the stand or flowers?
Our custom acrylic signs are sold as the plaque only. Any stands, easels, or floral arrangements shown in the photos are for display inspiration and are not included with your purchase.
What happens if I made a mistake or typo in my order?
Because we hand-craft your items exactly as they are submitted, the customer is responsible for the accuracy of all text, dates, and spelling. We do not provide proofs or corrections once an order is placed. Please double-check your "Notes" section before checking out to ensure everything is perfect.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Due to the personalized nature of our boutique products, all sales are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds. If there is a physical defect with the item or a mistake made on our part, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can resolve it for you.
Can I rush my order?
Every item at Everlasting Event Design is handmade by the owner with great care. Because of this, we do not currently offer rush processing. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for current lead times to ensure your items arrive in time for your celebration.
