- Liability: We are not responsible for carrier delays or lost packages. For items damaged in transit, contact us with photos within 48 hours.

- Requirement: Must book 3–6 months in advance. Contact us before ordering to confirm availability.
III. Returns & Customization
- Final Sale: No returns or exchanges on custom items.
