🚚 Shipping & Processing Policy
I. Order Processing Time
Due to the bespoke, custom nature of our acrylic signs and decals, all orders require time for design setup, production, and quality inspection.
Order Priority: All standard orders are processed strictly on a first-come, first-served basis.
Business Closure: Everlasting Event Design is closed for all order processing on Fridays and Saturdays. Orders placed during this period will begin processing on the following Monday.
Standard Processing Timeline: Please allow 5 to 10 business days (Monday–Thursday, excluding holidays) for your order to be fully created and prepared for shipment.
II. Large Volume / Major Event Orders
Strict Timeline Requirements: For large, high-volume, or highly customized event orders (weddings, Sweet 16s, etc.), you must book a minimum of 3 to 6 months in advance.
Handcrafted Quality: Because every item is handcrafted by the owner alone, we cannot accept last-minute large orders. If you contact us only one month before your event, we will not be able to fulfill the request. Some complex projects may require more than 3 months depending on my current schedule.
Mandatory Action: You must contact us before placing any large order to confirm availability on our calendar.
III. Shipping Methods and Delivery
Standard Shipping: Typically takes 3 to 5 business days for delivery within the U.S. after processing is complete.
Tracking: All orders include tracking information provided via email once shipped.
IV. Lost, Damaged, and Missing Packages
Once an order is shipped and tracking is provided, Everlasting Event Design is no longer liable for any damages, delays, or losses. The responsibility for the package lies entirely with the shipping carrier once it leaves our workshop. If you receive a damaged item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
V. Returns & Customization Policy
Due to the personalized nature of our products, all sales are final. No returns or exchanges. We create your item exactly as it is written in your notes. We are not responsible for customer typos, spelling errors, or incorrect dates.
